Product introduction

(1) Mixing of raw materials: PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and other auxiliary materials are added into the high-speed mixer according to the proportion and process successively, and the materials are heated up to the set process temperature by the friction between the materials and the machinery, and then the materials are lowered to 40-50 degrees by the cold mixing machine; so that they can be added into the hopper of the extruder.

(2) Extruder part: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion volume and the feeding volume can be matched to ensure stable extrusion of products. Due to the characteristics of conical screw, the charging section has a larger diameter, the heat transfer area and shear speed of the material is larger, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material, and the diameter of the screw in the metering section is small, which reduces the heat transfer area and the shear speed of the melt, so that the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, the PVC mixture is plasticized and pushed to the head, so as to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; and to achieve the purpose of exhausting and dewatering. Feeding device and screw drive device adopts frequency conversion speed control, which can realize synchronous speed control.

(3) Extruding die head part: After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, there are subsequent materials pushed to the die head through the screw, the extrusion die head is a pipe forming the key components.
