1. The extruder is specially designed for PPR, equipped with high-speed hardened gear reducer, low noise energy-saving fan cooling system, automatic temperature control system and automatic loading quantitative feeding system, the screw adopts a special plasticizing section to improve compression, increase the filler, and the characteristics of the low-temperature and high plasticizing to improve the production capacity.
2. The extrusion die is our unique high-pressure die, using die steel forging and tempering after plating treatment. The special design of the core of the die ensures the low temperature plasticizing effect of the raw material, and the special temperature control system of the core ensures the appearance and quality performance of the PPR pipe. Our company has developed a multi-layer co-extrusion mold melting pressure and flow uniformity and easy to adjust performance is trusted by many customers.
3. Vacuum cooling water tank adopts two-stage vacuum system (only suitable for large-diameter pipe), high-pressure water circulation. With advanced water level automatic water supply and drainage control and circulating water temperature control, easy to realize the up and down, left, right, forward and backward three-dimensional adjustment, equipped with two water control of the sizing device, the unique pipeline design effectively shortens the length of the cooling, and can absolutely meet the requirements of high-speed and stable production.
4. The traction machine adopts special overall transmission design, avoiding the unsynchronization and trembling of independent transmission, ensuring the flexible positioning orientation, clamping using electrical action each other, easy to operate, and clamping pressure is well adjusted.
5. The non-sharpening cutting saw adopts full hydraulic (pneumatic) design, which ensures the consistency of each action, the position depth of the blade is flexible and adjustable, and the control system adopts PLC control, which makes the adjustment convenient and easy to learn.
