After the heat preservation time of the host of PE pipe equipment, open the feed baffle and extruder, and slowly increase the speed of the extruder to 10-20 rpm. Check the mainframe discharge situation, whether the plasticization is good, observe the extrusion trend of the molten material and adjust the alignment. When the molten material deviates upward, loosen the screws on the upper part of the mold and then tighten the screws on the lower part; if the molten material deviates downward, do the opposite. If the molten material deflects to the right, loosen the screw on the right side of the mold and then tighten the screw on the left side, and vice versa;
Turn on the vacuum pump and the water pump, adjust the water supply from the water meter with the sizing sleeve, and pre-adjust the water curtain with the sizing sleeve so that the water is even;
Press the track on the traction machine, and at the same time set the corresponding traction speed according to the rotational speed of the host, stick the molten material on the butt joints and stick it firmly (note that the inner hole must be blocked tightly to avoid air leakage and vacuum absorption), then start the traction machine, and then move the vacuum sizing machine slowly to the mouth of the mold to introduce the molten material into the vacuum box, and stop it when it moves to the right position;
Begin to synchronize the slow increase in speed, while observing the changes in the traction machine and the molten material, and adjust accordingly. During the acceleration process, pay close attention to the melt pressure of the extruder and the measured current of the host machine. And pay attention to the extruder with or without abnormal noise. If there is any problem, stop speeding up immediately and solve the problem in time. When the haul-off speed reaches the normal production speed, stop speeding up.
After the PE pipe joint passes through the vacuum sizing machine, quickly saw a small opening between the vacuum sizing machine and the spray box, so that air enters through the saw opening, which ensures that the PE pipe equipment pipe quickly reaches the normal state (docking pipe does not need to be sawed). Increase the vacuum and pay attention to the situation of the molten material to avoid air entering between the sizing water curtain and the pipe, pay attention to the water flow of the sizing water curtain, so as not to cause water backwash molds and poor surface quality due to excessive water flow;
Marking PE pipe for commissioning. After marking through the vacuum sizing machine, use a saw to measure the wall thickness, measure the outer diameter of the PE pipe, and make adjustments accordingly.
After PE pipe meets the requirements in all aspects, it enters the coiling machine for coiling or fixed-length cutting;
Pack the PE pipe equipment finished PE pipe according to the requirements, label and certificate of conformity after qualified inspection.
