4. When using a forklift to transport the machine body, pay attention to balance.

5. When lifting or lowering the machine, do not hit the machine.



Installation place

Please choose a place with sufficient space for installation of PE pipe production equipment and pay attention to the following matters. 1:

1. there should be no obstacles such as pillars within the range of movement of the material and the machine.

2. The ceiling height should be more than 1000mm higher than the machine.

3. There should be space for metal molds, tool boxes, etc. 4.

4. There should be a space where it is easy to move materials in and out of the machine, and where it is possible to perform maintenance and repair work. 5.

5. There should be a space for opening and closing strong electrical cabinets. 6.

6. It should not be installed in the place where dust is generated by grinding machines and other machines. 7.

7. Keep away from noisy machines such as welding machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, and sanding machines.

8. Choose a warm place without direct sunlight or direct cold air.

9. Do not set up in the vicinity of machines and equipments that use high current, please use the power independently.


Power supply wiring
1. Please appoint a professional to connect the power supply of PE pipe production equipment. 2.

2. When opening the power cabinet, be sure to cut off the main power on the factory side. 3.

3. Do not use the same power system near the power supply as a source of noise, such as a welder. In addition, please use machines such as welders, drills, grinders, sanders, etc. at a distance of more than 5 meters from the system.



Checking the amount of hydraulic fluid

1. Driving the hydraulic pump without hydraulic fluid will damage the pump and motor. Be sure to check the oil level when running the machine. 2.

2. Use the oil float in the hydraulic station to check whether the specified level is reached. When the top line of the float is lower than the panel of the hydraulic station, replenish the oil immediately. 3.

3. Refill the oil from the filler neck with the display between the upper and lower marking lines.
